Please make sure you have vacated the apartment by this time so we can prepare for our next guests.
Key Return Instructions
Please close the front door and metal gate and lock all 4 locks.
Please put the keys inside the lockbox before you go.
Do not take the keys with you as we need them for the next guests. If you do take the keys with you by accident, then you will be charged an emergency key return fee of 500€ / day until we get the keys back from you. So please, leave the keys in the lockbox before you leave.
Cleaning Instructions
We don’t expect you to do any heavy cleaning, but we do appreciate you leaving the apartment tidy. For example…
Remove all trash and place it in the bins provided outside the property.
Wash any dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before you leave.
Strip the beds and leave used linens and towels in the provided laundry basket.
Apartment Care
All windows and doors are closed and locked.
Air conditioning and heating are turned off.
Lights are turned off.
